Mathew stood outside next to Alfred's hospital doorway for a few minutes, mentally preparing himself for what was about to come. The nurse stood patiently beside him, not rushing or pressuring Matthew into hurrying at all; she just stood there in silence and let Matthew do what he needed to do. When Matthew finally felt ready, he clenched his fists tightly and took a deep breath.
I can do this Matthew assured himself, and walked into the room.
The first thing Matthew noticed when he walked in the room was the doctor was in the corner of the room taking deep breaths trying to calm himself down, while Gilbert was sitting by Alfred, laughing. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out Gilbert said something stupid to the doctor (again) and now the doctor is trying is best not to lash out his anger. Matthew was pretty sure if saving lives wasn't his profession, the doctor would have surely killed Gilbert by now.
"Williams!" Gilbert exclaimed, as he saw Matthew enter the room. "Welcome back. Did you have enough time to cry your pretty, little eyes out?"
"I-I didn't cry!" Matthew exclaimed. Unfortunately for Matthew, lying has never been his forte, and Gilbert easily saw through the lie.
"Keep telling yourself that Williams," Gilbert laughed.
"Shut up," Matthew said, turning red from embarrassment as he made his way over to him and Alfred.
When Matthew stood next to Alfred, he realized he had no idea what he wanted to say to his American brother first. There were so many things he could say to him, but none of it seemed right to say to someone who just woke up with a case of amnesia.
Gilbert stared at Matthew, then Alfred, and then Matthew again, sensing the awkward silence. Both didn't know what to say to one another. He was starting to get frustrated with the twins. Couldn't they just say "Hi" to one another?
"Well since no one else is gonna do it, I suppose I shall," Gilbert exclaimed and both boys gave him a questioning look. Gilbert grabbed Alfred by the arms and looked him in the eyes. "You are Alfred, Alfred F. Jones and the wimp here-" "Hey!" "-is your brother, Matthew Williams."
Alfred looked up to Matthew, and hesitantly smiled at him. Matthew looked into his brother's blue eyes; he could see the concern, the worry, and the fear behind those blue eyes. Matthew did what he knew he had to do, reassure his brother. Gilbert moved out of the way, so Matthew could sit on the bed. When he sat down, Matthew put his hands over Alfred's.
"Hey Alfred. As Gilbert said, I'm Matthew Williams, your brother," Matthew smiled. "And I'm going to do everything I can to help you, so don't worry about anything."
Matthew didn't see it coming; one second he was sitting up with his hands cupping Alfred's, and the next he was brought in a tight embrace by his older twin brother. When he got over the shock, Matthew's face softened, and he returned the embrace.
"Thank you," Matthew heard Alfred mumbled.
"What are brothers for?" Matthew whispered back, tightening his embrace. Matthew felt he did enough crying today. He wasn't going to do it anymore. He is going to move on and help his brother in every way he possibly could.

I hope you guys enjoyed. They should be in the hospital for only one more part. Two at most. Then we're heading back to World Academy. Where we can get our UKxUS fix. XDDDDD
Summer classes end this Wednesday for me, so I should hopefully be able to update again by the end of the week~
