the fuckers have yet to cancel the account. after Ive been in two stores and filled out the form twice! I have to go back and do it all over again "at a different store" WTF? I'm still not paying shit cuz the last rep was like, fill out the form and I'll cancel the amount due and yet this new bill has an outstanding balance. so I once again I have to go out of my way to do this shit. I might as well close my other account and go back to one number and digicel. theyre more pricey but way less fuckery.
