Almost the end of April!
Hey everybody! Finals and final projects are looming on the horizon for me, how's everyone else doing? I can't wait for summer when I can actually write and host some fun challenges again. I know I've been kind of MIA so here's some news.
Drabble Challenge - Just one more day left in the Drabble challenge for April! If you've been writing prompts be sure to get them posted by May 1 so I can tally up the winners!
April Fools' Day Challenge - Thank you to everyone who has participated! I will try to get banners out to you over the next week, I've been a little bogged down in school work, but I didn't forget about you! If you have a preference for the character that I put on your banner please let me know!
HetaSummer Challenge - Alright, so I was thinking of what kind of event to do over the summer and there has been some interest. If people are still interested in writing sprints I can certainly do those, but I had an idea. Essentially it would be just like HetaChristmas, but there would be a new post every week or every two weeks. Therefore, if you're on vacation or really busy, you don't have to be open for requests that week. It would be open for anyone to participate.
For those who weren't around, HetaChristmas was a writing/art event where someone would offer themselves up for prompts and people would respond with the characters that they wanted and the prompt.
What do you guys think? I love feedback for ideas, because remember, this is your comm too! If you have a more clever name that HetaSummer, I would love to hear it, that was just what I came up with off the top of my head xD
If you have any other ideas for summer events and I think I could get them to work I would be happy to try them out!
