Why This Must Be Read:This story takes place a few years after Angel has sacrificed himself to stop the apocalypse. The rest of the team carries on in his name at Angel Investigations and then one day Angel returns without his memory. I was initially intrigued by the unusual pairing but then when I started reading what I really loved was the way the author writes the various friendships/relationships within the team. We get to see how the characters interact with each other and how they deal with an Angel who isn't who they remember. Do not let the first person pov scare you off Rheanna does a really good job of switching pov's and keeping everyone in character. This story was so well done it really made me miss show something awful.
