Why This Must Be Read: Started before the second part of season 3 started airing, this fic is now AU, but it's still worth reading. I think it's one of the best fics I read for this fandom, and maybe even one of the best fics I read, period. It is so well-written, everyone is in-character. The story in itself is an interesting one, and it fits in the show, really. The focus is mainly on Belle/Rumplestiltskin for the ships, but the other two pairings listed above, and a couple of other, minor, ones are still present. It's a WIP, but the fic is updated regularly, and right now you have 110+K words to read. And not one of them is unnecessary. Every scene makes the story move forward. A must read, really.
