Why This Must Be Read: This is a lovely in-character piece with a vividly written sparring scene that reveals some great thoughts on Mako's part, and generates a bit of UST between Mako and Korra. The ending is sweet and shows promise for them, and I can definitely imagine this happening between them on the show. An enjoyable read.
