I've been wanting to comment on "Halfway Enough" since I first read it - the site won't let me, for some reason - but I just want to say here that it is amazing, and it's my headcanon for what happened after the show ended.

YAY! I really love them, you should check out some of the authors I listed here, they have unfinished stuff that is good too. There is other fic out there that's unfinished as well.

I have one little ficlet written for porn battle and I'm working on a J/R post series fic too.

Not really a Joey/Rachel fan, but your summary of him was so perfect! And I feel like Friends is a smallish fandom in internet-fandom terms, so it's always nice to find a like-minded reccer :)

I really do love Joey. And I hate what happened to him after the breakup.

I got back into Friends a year or so ago, so of course I had to go find fic. (And start writing it.)

Awesome manifesto! I've enjoyed reading several of the J/R fics you listed - "Halfway Enough" and "Elegant Sufficiency" especially - but I hadn't read a couple of the others, so I will check them out now. Thanks for the recs (and I will join you on 'not feeling bitter,' LOL :P)

No, thank you! I'm still catching up on the rest, and they're great (omg "Red Sheets" = amazingness.) I really wish there were more J/R fics out there, but considering how small the fanbase is, I feel lucky that there are these many fics for the pairing already.

(I just don't get why the writers felt the need to do that - it's another reason, for me, why S10 started out well enough, then blew chunks. TOW Joey Speaks French still makes me raeg so hard.)
