Regarding fanvids, we treat them about the same as podfics and fanart. You're welcome to rec them in tandem with a relevant fic or in a manifesto like this, where vids presumably highlight elements and dynamics that you're discussing in your blurb. But vids don't "count" as recs in their own right (i.e., you couldn't post a video rec as its own post), because we're a fic-reccing community at heart.

That said, there's no strict minimum or maximum number of stories required to include in your manifesto, so as long as you have a couple of written stories to rec, including fanvids certainly isn't an issue!
