Title: The Descent of the War Goddess
Author: Alara Rogers (

Fandom: Star Trek (bookverse)
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Q (Suzy-Q)/Q (JDL-Q) (het), Q (Suzy-Q)/M (femmeslash), M/Q (JDL-Q) (dubconny het), plus a vaguely implied femmeslash pairing involving the main character and yet another Q.
Genre: Het, femmeslash, angst.
Original Prompt: Star Trek Other(TNG/VOY): any canon female character/Q. Q needs to be rescued by a female character, not an OFC, preferably one he's actually met.
Summary: Q is kidnapped by the M. His ex has issues with this.
Warnings: Some dubcon (ranging into the energy being version of downright noncon) of the het, woman-as-perpetrator variety on the part of the story's villain; also, somebody remembers wanting to kill herself, in graphic emotional detail.
Spoilers: Voyager Q-related canon (particularly the war and the episode where Q's son is a teenager); also, a lot of the backstory of this story is drawn from the Pocket Books novel "I, Q" by John de Lancie and Peter David.
Author's Notes: M was created by John de Lancie and Peter David in the authorized novel "I, Q". Pretty much everything I've speculated about her relationship with the main character of this story, however, is my idea. Also, most of the characters in this story are kind of assholes, but it's a story about the Q, so that may go without saying.
Note 2: My last story was disqualified because the characters refused to have UST. The UST (and RST for that matter) is pretty damn thick in this story, but there is femmeslash with the villain, although the primary pairing is het between the main character and the guy she is rescuing. I hope this doesn't disqualify it.
