Help! Need strong women, STAT!
I just read a story that made me ill, containing all of those horrible romance novel stereotypes that pervade a lot of het fic: rape equals love, women are naturally submissive, the weakest man is totally capable of holding down a strong woman and raping her.

Thus, I need some het fic featuring *strong* women. Women who kick ass physically, emotionally, and/or physically. Women who hold their own against men and who don't turn into a wibbling pile of goo just because a man looked at her. Women who are *not* passive in bed (because if I wanted to read about a man and his blow-up doll, I wouldn't be reading fic featuring female characters that I want to like).
In other words, please rec me some fic with some awesome female characters.
-Completed only, please, the longer the better.
-Absolutely NO dub-con, non-con, or rape. Even the implication of potential rape is something I can't handle in het fic.
