searching for anime/manga recs
I'm looking for good fanfictions for various anime/manga pairings, preferably long but I'll take short, with happy endings.
I'm mainly looking for Naruto fic, specifically Sakura-centric ones. No Naruto/Sakura, or Kakashi/Sakura though. I'll only take a Sasuke/Sakura if it's extremely well done, and the fact that Sasuke's been a huge jerk is taken into consideration, otherwise, I don't want that either. I'd love Gaara/Sakura the most, but Neji/Sakura, Deidara/Sakura, and Kiba/Sakura are also welcomed. Really, though, as long as Sakura is portrayed accurately I'll take most any pairing. Shikamaru/Ino fics are also wanted.
I'd also love some good Pokemon fic, mainly for the pairing Paul/Dawn. (I don't mind if Japanese names are used, though.) I also like Volkner/Dawn, Drew/May, and James/Jessie. Again, I'll also take nearly any pairing with Dawn, as long as it's not Ash and she's portrayed accurately.
While I'm at it, I'd like some good Tokyo Mew Mew fic for Kish/Ichigo or Ryou/Ichigo where the characters aren't horribly out of character.
Rape, characters being severely out of character (whether it's by being too mean or too nice), and grotesque violence are all huge turn-offs. Things I really like are slowly developing romances and an emphasis on the friendships in the characters' lives, though the first is more important to me.
