What an awesome week this has been! I'm so happy with all of you. ^^
At the end of the second posting round, 20 of the 46 people who made requests have received something. Given the tendency of fandom-as-a-whole to procrastinate like crazy, I think this is awesome -- almost half of participants taken care of, with another month to go!
(Please be sure, recipients, that you leave a comment on the piece(s) you receive -- all works are tagged by recipient as well as by creator, so you can check for them in the tag list on the front page of the community. A short note to say thank you and let the creator know you've seen their work is always appreciated, especially by neurotic types like me who are on pins and needles hoping that the requester will enjoy a piece.)
Now a little housekeeping. If:
- you need to drop any of your requests
- you'd like to take on requests that you originally passed up
- you're a participant who'd like to look at the list of unclaimed prompts to possibly nab one or more
- you didn't originally sign up to participate but you'd like to look at/pick up an unclaimed prompt or two (in this case I'll need an email address)
then drop me a comment on this screened post and let me know. Again -- there are no consequences for dropping requests ahead of time, as long as you tell me, so I can make sure people are still covered.
Good luck with the last month of writing/drawing -- this has been a fabulous round already!
