I like the annual awards roundtable interviews, in which publications like Newsweek and The Hollywood Reporter gather frontrunner actors and directors for chats about their craft. Although I get overdosed quickly -- these people have really big, pretentious heads, you know

I think one of the most/least favourite things about Downton is how they'll gracefully pick up conversations from episode to episode without a pause, even though we are clearly told that a year or more has lapsed - Sybil has kept Branson waiting on an answer for, what, half a decade at least? Oh, DA. Never change!

Anna is one of my favourites and in my dreams she runs away with Mary and they have awesome adventures together. Sorry Bates! Sorry Matthew!

Re: Sybil and Branson, I KNOW! Not even any kissing for that half a decade. I'm like, how can she ever decide whether to run away to Ireland with him if she doesn't even know how he kisses? That said, I do admire her for sticking to her guns and keeping it at a pace she feels comfortable with. He keeps pushing her and guilt-tripping her, and she's all, "Stop. It'll happen when I say it happens."

Anna is such a grown-up. She reacts to all the drama and shenanigans of other people with such calm, principled, true-to-self dignity. I would totally watch the Adventures of Anna and Mary.

ScarJo has been pretty awesome during the Avengers press tour. In this interview she rips into a "journalist" for asking her what she was wearing under her Black Widow costume. I like that she just doesn't give a fuck about playing up to the media.

I hate George Clooney generally and was meanly happy that he gave me another reason to hate him in that roundtable interview.
