Steak Circles
I don't know what their real name is. I defrosted the wrong steaks, and now I have to figure out how cooking a steak circle differs from cooking a steak. I only became good at the non-circle ones about two months ago. Damn it. Time to call my chef best friend, Sam.
I called the Oxford Veterans Home, about my application, and they said that due to the NYS hiring freeze, they have to process my application slowly. But they noted that I called, which I hope goes in my favor. So, that gives me hope. Petty enough, I was starting to feel like no one wanted me. So, to know that I actually am being processed somewhere, makes me feel so much better, even if it doesn't do anything for me, yet.
Also, we're about to mail out our taxes, and then we can finally put a fence up in our back yard. Which also means, more fun this summer than last summer. And even last summer was pretty flippin fun.
Hmmm, my tonsils are gone.....
My children have officially removed their pants.
