Weekend stuff...
1. Sky is not working. I think this may be because the communal aerial does not like the scaffolding currently up on my building, in which case it’s a good thing I didn’t chuck my old Freeview box, as the scaffolding is going to be up all year (I think; hope I’m wrong…).
2. Hustle wasn’t (quite) as ridiculous this week, but I was in the kitchen stewing apples at the time it was on so no entry.
3. Missed Primeval due to being at the cinema, and due to being at cinema again/being out will likely miss both repeats on Watch. Any good/anything essential I will have missed?
4. Went to see The King’s Speech with Lesley, it was ace. Trailers for some utter rubbish, though (except True Grit)
5. Going to see Black Swan with Lesley tomorrow. Not sure this is the best idea, but hey.
6. Chose to miss Casualty (!! God I’m sad) for The Killing. BRILLIANT decision, I loved it (Danish crime thing, BBC 4).
7. Being Human, OH MY GOD. Numbered list shortly.
8. SILENT WITNESS TONIGHT! And I posted the s6 entry! \o/
9. Second cousin’s party was great fun (and ace food). We did our usual AND NOW WE SHALL TAKE OVER A TABLE AND TALK LOUDLY thing, so that was good. Got lots of compliments on my hair, which is typical as it is about two weeks off needing a cut.
10. Just read Porn Battle prompts, and there were Luther prompts (!) but no-one requested Justin/Luther :( That’s still the most obvious ship in the show to me…
11. I have plenty of fic to be working on, but all my brain wants to think about is angsty Tariq/Dimitri future fic in which work has split them up (well, that’s a simplified explanation). Basically, I have done a canon on them and I don’t like it, but my brain has other ideas. Hmph.
