More music (not French)
Ok, so I want to talk about Example because a few years ago he was sort of a rapper who had a song with lyrics about Pizza Express, which is why Claire and I were a bit confused when he turned up as a sort of electro singer type last year.
(Plan B did a similar thing but came back with a concept album, and even better, HAD THE VIDEOS MATCH THE STORYLINE OF THE ALBUM, and I will do an entry about him at some point)
ANYWAY: I Don’t Want To
Er ... doughballs please and an American hot
I’m talking geezer, I want to know please
She'll have a Caesar with no anchovies
And two Peronis, he makes a note
I look back at her and she’s getting her coat
She heads for the door like a spoiled adult
More food for me eh? What a result
So, anyway, at some point I will also make a video post about why I prefer British rappers to American ones (hint: it has a lot to do with lyrics like ‘I’ve got so many clothes I keep some in my aunt’s house’).
