It's a shame you don't know where you're coming from
So last night I made chocolate and walnut cookies (which have come out quite crunchy, oops), peanut butter biscuits (which did not have bacon in them, and have come out flat and crunchy, possibly because there I got my proportions wrong at the beginning) and chocolate brownies (which look amazing), as it is Joel’s last day before he goes off on holiday and then switches departments. I’m a bit worried as Joel sits opposite me and is thoroughly used to my fake swearing (and occasional real swearing) and my talking to myself, and I’m not sure who’s going to be sitting there now… (also he is a nice guy and I am going to miss him :( )
I still have not seen Monday’s Emmerdale, but I know what happens, so must get to Youtube. Rambling about last night’s...at some point. Holby was ace, apart from Oliver and New Registrar, who I don’t like. I am going to be super annoyed when it turns out Penny/Freda is not happening. PLEASE, writers, let that be where you’re going.
I love how Spooks fans can basically argue over stuff before the series is on. Go us! (this is being sincere, I’m not trying to have a go at anyone). Also, our ability to get completely different things from the same spoilers is excellent.
ETA: peanut butter things are not actually crunchy, so lesson to self for the future: remember proportions! 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanut butter. It’s not like it’s hard!
