they need to stop chewing things to destruction. seriously. Alfie loved his new blue, light-up bouncy ball so freakin' much that he actually chewed all the way to the center. and swallowed parts like the circuit board, rubber tubing, and LED lights. we think. we can't actually find said parts, so that's what we're assuming.
it's been 24 hours, and he's still acting totally normal, so. i guess we'll keep monitoring him. my parents are still flipping out a little, though.
mom: "oh my god, do we need to take him to see a vet?"
dad: "well, i've combed the carpet and i can't find those parts anywhere. i don't know. maybe he'll just poop them out."
mom: "oh my god."
dad: "maybe if we bounce him, he'll light up. then we'll know for sure."
mom: "THAT IS NOT FUNNY."
me: *rolls around in laughter forever*
