Transformers: OCs Soap and Sock
Twin Deinonychus cassettes that are more trouble than they're worth.

Height: Deinonychus could reach 3.4 meters (11.1 ft), with a maximum skull length of 410 mm (16.4 in), a hip height of 0.87 meters (2.85 ft), a maximum weight of 73 kilograms (161 lb).
Description: Kind of a combination of Jurassic Park veloceraptor and an actual velociraptor. There are a plume of feathers on their head, tail and arms. Their head crest is like a cockatiels, rising or falling depending on their mood. They are also covered in a complicated paint job of stripes to act as camouflage. Feather like wings cover their arms from the shoulder to their wrist and at the end of their tail is a fan of more feathers. Each one can move independently of the other, like a real birds. Swift and agile, just because you can’t see them doesn’t mean they’re not there.
Personality: For most it’s quite difficult to discern a personality with the twins. Mainly because they both like to act like the dinosaurs their alt mode is modeled after. Soap, likes to gossip, or at least listen to gossip, he rarely shares whatever information he’s got. (He’s also addicted to Soap Operas as a result. It’s theorized that’s where he gets his name from.) If there’s something going on aboard the ship, he’ll know about it. He also has quite a bit of blackmail material on just about everyone, even if he rarely uses it. (Example: the Dinobots like to finger-paint on their off time.) Mostly because if he does use it, then it’s only because you truly deserve it and secondly, some mechs you just don’t mess with. On either side. If you think a Seeker trine after your hide is scary, you haven’t had fully enraged medics and surgeons after your aft. Spends an inordinate amount of time in the ducts, crawl spaces and other small areas to find the juiciest bits of gossip. Usually results with him getting either stuck or in trouble. Or both.
Other: Each member has a telepathic bond with the other, stemming from their creator, Eclipse. However that’s as far as all their abilities go, including Eclipse. They mostly vocalise only with hisses, growls, whistles and chirps even though they can talk. It’s just that others are so easily frustrated when they refuse to talk normally. They also have a habit of tapping their large foot claw on the ground to ‘talk’ with each other. Which usually happens only when they use their twin bond to speak with each other. Some have tried to decode this tapping of the foot claw language. All have failed. Still doesn’t stop some from trying though. Also, they have a thing for Ravage, the other cassettes too, but mostly Ravage.

They were created to see if sparklings could be made without the use of something like the All Spark, Sector Sigma, or some other external device. Eclipse was proven correct. However, the majority of the population saw the twins as something sacrilegious and Eclipse decided to leave Cybertron for a time for their safety.
Other Twins: They have a fascination with primitive weapons and traps. Which they love to practice on either enemies or ones who annoy them. Makes them a bit of a wild card on the battle field. You’d be surprised how much damage wooden stakes can do to a mech. They are also what you would call street mechs. They have a fascination with primitive weapons and traps. It’s theorized that creators like Eclipse and Soundwave, who create sparklings from pieces of their own sparks, all have a telepathic bond with their progeny because of the nature of their sparking.

The calmer of the two, Sock likes to collect random bits that he finds then tinkering with them back in his quarters, and spending time under random recharge berths. A bit of a shock to others finding a large reptile under their bed. Often gets his brother out of trouble, usually because Soap got stuck somewhere, again. One of his biggest passions in life is to make jewelry. He’s also the one responsible for the fine arrangement of gems of Eclipse’s armor. He keeps a well stocked and organized cache of rather expensive jewels that he tinkers with in his spare time. Since he likes to collect his supplies on his own, he has become a rather good geologist.
