Hi.
Our Three Years! is 13 days away!
We celebrated by heading to Toronto for three days and
Doing touristy things.
I did realize a few things while taking my second ever trip to the
Wonderful city of Toronto. Coming home and seeing the sky
For long stretches was surprising to me. When walking in T.O.
It seems like the sky is only meters above you as the skyscrapers
Literally brush the clouds. I can't imagine a plane flying over
That city, it's too close to the ground.
Also, the subway system is the greatest thing I've experienced
In terms of travel. Why drive a car? However, I've been told that
Compared to Chicago and Montreal the TTC is terribly flawed. I
Can only imagine how well those other cities have their systems set up.
Anyway, I love Toronto now and would totally live there if I won the lottery.
On my first train ride, which I loved, I filled out 101 things to do
Within 1001 days. I think it will be fun and I plan to get all of it finished.
Stolen!

Have a good day, maybe I won't be a stranger to this journal anymore.
Post script- While I am linking to a million things:
Amour Amour Have sweet new songs up.
Take care
...Also I watched The Savages today and thought it was
Brilliant. The scene where she talks about receiving the
Grant from FEMA, funniest dialogue I've seen in awhile.
But it made me sad, as it achieved it's goal. And then I thought sometimes things don’t come to a climax. My problem is a love for stories and fiction which generally follow a pattern. But life is terribly slow and peaks and drops and is always so unexpected. And this terrifies me because death is often on my mind and also comes so swift, no final monologue to sum up relationships or flashing lights or screaming sirens and that has me shaking.

You know when you have déjà vu and try to predict what is going to happen next and you start thinking of super absurd things? I used to have those feelings and I would always think “Ohh man, here’s where the tornado comes… shit shit shit” and I’d freak out about. Needless to say, tornados never came but I might have missed some moments by freaking myself out. My new thing is thinking that I’ll have a heart attack. Like, I’ll be ringing someone up at work and a few things happen that are exact, familiar, and I freak out “…My heart is going to stop, I’ll have a heart attack and die” and I just really hope that with my new train of thought I won’t cause natural disaster within my chest, but my pulse always starts racing even if I try to remember that my house was never swept up in the wind… I might cause my own heart to fail when I forget to breathe.
..What the fuck am I talking about?
