After finally finding Daniel's cell phone number and getting him to answer it, they'd had a short conversation about recent events (possibly some things about her brother that one or two of her house-mates and hosts with super-sensitive hearing probably shouldn't have heard). After which, she'd barely had time to tell Stefan she was going to visit John before an intense light dazzled her vision, and she found herself standing aboard the Hammond and escorted to the stargate. Atlantis had been allowed to return to her home galaxy, and was therefore out of beaming range. Jessica Sheppard, however, stood in awe for several moments after the wormhole was established, eventually brought to her senses by a hand reassuringly touching her shoulder. She turned to see Daniel standing behind her.

"It's just... amazing."

Taking a few steps forward, mesmerized, she stepped through the event horizon and out into Atlantis' newly-repaired command room.
