Yay for eventful weekend!
My weekend was pretty nice and sad.
Friday
Flute lesson was so bad. It was supposed to be 30 min... it went for an hour. I started crying in the middle of it because usually my sound is beautiful (for me at least) and it was just horrible and I couldn't make it beter. She tried to make me feel better and told me it didn't matter if I made all west. Well I knew I wasn't and I didn't care about that. I felt like I had let everybody down. My family (I practice at 6 in the morning), My Flute teacher (it was as if I had forgoten every thing she had said), and my friends (I dunno how to explain it, you just have to get it).
I met marisa at McAlistors around 6.15 or 6.30 for diner and then to go to the Parade. I was hungry, I hadn't eaten since lunch. The parade was good... well all I really watched was the middle school... but they did good.
Saturday
Drumline... Lisa made me feel like I was doing drumline for nothing. She said so your going to pay 500 bucks to play chords in the background. Its more than that... its not all about playing. I didn't realy do anything at practice since they didn't hook my instrument up so I practiced for allwest. Then when they finally hooked me up I had to leave for auditions. Oh well
Auditions...hahaha
RENT WAS AMAZING. I went and saw it with megan, laura, and emily. It was so good... I can't explain it. I want to go see it again and I asked for the soundtrack for christmas.
Sunday
I went running with megan and alex. Yeaaa ... al little embarassing... I need to run more often... but it was fun.
