"Be pro-active, be initiative . Don't just sit there and wait for work. If there's nothing to do, ask around for something. Be it backing up FAs, or some photoshop stuff.
Be prepared to stay late. Don't expect to go back at 6pm/7pm sharp. Look at how they work things out. What is their work processes, the standard of the work and be a sponge.
Don't say you don't know how to do. Do it and ask when in doubt. Don't be afraid to ask silly questions.
Just be yourself la, there's no need to put up a fake friendly mask and trying to be too nice to everyone. Make friends too..."
