Weird things happen a lot here, but it's always something different.

Sad to say, but things like that happen here fairly regularly. Usually around holidays, but as this incident showed, not always.

It's... a lot. I've been here for a year now and... oh, has anyone given you the pamphlet? It sounds silly, I know, but it gives a history of the things that happen here, since new people come into town so often.
