[Turning around slowly. Now why did...

He smiles/be afraid.]

[Not that hard for Dr. Tenma to be afraid of you, Johan. His eyes shake and he just continues to stare in disbelief.]

I think you'll find many impossible things happen here.

[Tenma takes a step forward, transfixed. This has got to be his mind playing tricks on him, right? Feel free to notice that he's starting to stare at your forehead, and the lack of a bullet wound there.]
