-I haven't seen the episode on which this fic is based, but I would definitely recommend being at least vaguely familiar with the character of Thirteen. And, like, House. I think everyone else mentioned is original - at least, no one else from canon plays a major role. It's kinda awesome, and, well, smutty. There is never enough Jensen-based smut in the world, and since the OMC in this fic is modeled after Jensen? This totally fits the bill. :D
