Anyway, any sign of that pair of Evil Kings who started this mess yet? Tir, I've been checking the sewers and buildings in the shopping district! No luck there!

Killer was heard over the communicators several days ago, but I haven't had any leads in where they could be yet. Keep an ear out and be careful.

Right! I've been scouting the sewers! Its only natural for EvilDoers to grow a nesting compulsion for an underground lair to hide out in for the heroes, once they've begun a terrible scheme!

... It isn't happening the way he suggested it. We're not out to kill anyone, we're out to make arrests and have their chips replaced. We won't take things to that point unless we're at risk and have no choice.

Then we fight them. It's expected that we'll have to fight them in order to apprehend them, but we will not resort to killing unless absolutely necessary.
