I saw something on the news while flipping through the stations late last night. There is some preacher in North Carolina who's leading a boycott against companies and businesses that refuse to say "Merry Christmas" to their customers out of fear of offending them. "Happy Holidays" is more politically correct and in a time where our Society is so concerned about being sensitive to other people's beliefs, I can see why some people wouldn't want to take the chance. Now, personally, I think that this is going too far. I'll continue with the "Merry Christmas & Happy New Year" because I am Roman Catholic and realize the meaning this season holds in my heart. If you have nothing better to do than complain about if someone said "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays" to you at a store, I pity you.
