Momoko's classes started late August, but she needed to find an apartment and tell her parents and make sure all her paperwork was in order and figure out how to get to the school...
AUGH!
So this weekend was another trip away from Glacia. The plan? Finally secure an apartment for Momoko, then go to Tokyo and explain everything to her parents, and then a more relaxing visit with everyone in New Gotham.
So! Momoko and Dinah had stopped to pick up Priestly and then caught a portal to El Paso. They'd checked into the same Bed and Breakfast that the girls had stayed at before, just in case, and then headed out and found a small but cheap studio apartment that allowed pets and was near campus.
Small.
Well, it was larger than her room back at Fandom? "At least it has a patio?" Momoko tried. "And I can move in two weeks before classes start, so I'll have time to get used to it."
