Momoko was sitting in her room, on her bed frowning at the pile she had scattered on it: pink glitter nail polish, a small can of pink metallic spray paint, a small jar of white glitter, some sequins, some cute stickers, and... well, lots of other girly cutesy decorative stuff.
And a sleek and shiny but utterly and boringly
black cell phone, turned bat-symbol-side down.
She was frowning because the instructions on the
website she'd found were a bit more... involved than she'd expected them to be.
"Maybe I should just go back to Baltimore tomorrow," she sighed, "and buy a totally awesome cover and dangle charm instead." Moshi took advantage of the moment to jump up onto the bed and lay down. On the cell phone.
"Sorry Moshi, but that's only a temporary solution to the phone's un-cute-ness."
