Momoko was bloody but not beaten! The bunnies had attacked shortly after breakfast and Momoko had immediately realized that they were just interested in eating the plants the Koropokkuru lived under.
And then she realized she was wrong when one of the rabbit monsters ate one of the men fighting with her...
Luckily Momoko's height helped and they drove the bunnies back with no further losses. Momoko slipped off after them and found the warrens the monsters called home. All thoughts of destroying them in their evil lair were put aside when she saw two baby monsters rolling about in patches of sunshine just outside one of the holes. Evil could totally be cute, okay?
It took a while to come up with a solution but when she finally left, the warrens were surrounded on all but one side by a
crude fence. The open side being the one furthest from the Koropokkuru, of course. It wasn't going to actually stop the bunny-mon, but hopefully making it more difficult to get to there meant the bunny-mon would leave the Koropokkuru alone.
It had taken a while (and a lot of branches) to make the fence and she was sore from both building it and the earlier fighting. Still, she trudged her way back to the Koropokkuru village, looking forward to some more of that porridge!
Or where she thought the village was. "Hello! Resunotek? Opere? Akihi? Anyone there?"
... silence. And she didn't trip into see any pits.
... she was lost and alone again.
"I totally hate this place."
[For one, please!]
