On a more serious note, I've just finished getting ready, which involved a lot of prep work that I haven't done in a while. I tweezed my eyebrows, and put on those whitening strips, and actually put on makeup which I haven't been doing lately. Then I got dressed in an outfit composed of new clothes that actually fit. (All of my old clothes do not, because I am getting fatter. I should really stop that.)
But, it's amazing what new clothes and some effort does for my self-esteem. I actually look and feel pretty, and I am beaming. If my camera worked, I'd take pictures. Maybe I'll settle for shooting some bad shots with my webcam and moving along.
