[Background]
The story started with Alice waking up from a strange dream in her garden - a strange dream that made her talk of equally strange things to her sister. While the said sister went to get cards for their game, Alice fell asleep again. When she came to, she saw a white rabbit wearing clothes. And it began to talk to her. Thinking that this was a dream, she tried to ignore it, but when it turned into a he - a man with white hair and rabbit ears - it became rather difficult to. He carried her off via slinging over her on his shoulder and jumped into a giant hole.
When she woke up from the awfully long fall, she was shocked to find herself in a strange world. The same man with rabbit ears was with her and he introduced himself as Peter White, also proclaiming that he loved her. Not surprisingly, Alice was not happy, being kidnapped by a seeming pervert. She refused hotly when Peter asked her to drink a potion. Too bad Peter forced her to drink it anyway by … kissing her, which she does not and will not admit it as a kiss. After all, she couldn’t move it all at that moment.
And that’s how she came to Wonderland and became part of the “game”.
After Peter White left, Alice could move again and she wonders into the mansion of the Hatter family, seeking someone to guide her back home. Instead, she met the Bloody Twins and March Hare whom all tried to kill her thinking that she was an intruder or a spy. Thankfully, Blood Hatter stepped in just in time to save her, but just as she was going to thank him, she noticed how similar Blood looked to her ex-boyfriend. Surprised and disturbed, she ran away from the scene. It is hinted that while she did love her boyfriend very much, he loved her sister more and caused some problems in the past. But it hasn’t been explained well in the manga yet so I can not say for sure. <3
Then Alice found her way to the clock tower where she met Julius the Clock Master. Although hostile at first, Julius noticed that she was a “foreigner” to Wonderland and over a cup of lovely tea, he explained some of her questions as to how she can go back home and a little more about the strange world she had fallen into. Somehow after this conversation, the Clock Tower became Alice’s home, if you will.
Not long after that, she ran into Ace while going to Peter to interrogate him. They had a little chitchat and being the carefree guy he is, Ace offered Alice to take her to the castle where Peter White, the prime minister to the Queen of Hearts, should be at. But because he was directionally challenged, Ace and Alice ended up in the Hatter’s mansion again. Where Alice now knows as the mafia headquarters. There they met March Hare, now known as Elliot, who does not attempt to kill Alice due to Blood Dupre’s orders. However, he does attempt to kill Ace whom seemed to have got on his nerves. Just as it looked like it would end badly, Blood showed up to rescue our Alice from distress. Alice took a fast liking to Blood, partially due to his similar looks to her ex-boyfriend, and he even pointed out that she looked quite “intensely” at him. So began a little flirting here and there. Elliot and Blood were nice enough to lead them to the direction to the castle.
At the castle, Peter had a happy reunion with Alice (much to Alice’s disdain) and Alice is introduced with Queen of Hearts, Vivaldi. And before she knew it, she was having a romantic sunset tea party with the queen and Peter. Ace was there as well, but he left to see Julius. So went the conversation of Queen’s possible love route with her and Peter being a possessive rabbit over his Alice. :D After the tea party, Alice was exhausted and she took the Queen’s offer of staying the night at the castle. Peter and Alice have a rather confusing conversation while going to Alice’s guest room. While sleeping, Alice was visited by an incubus named Nightmare in her dream - she learned from him that he was partially responsible for her being here. Other than that though, it’s pretty much confusing load of mysteries yet again. In Wonderland, it seems to be something quite common.
The next day, Peter attempted to stop Alice from returning to the Clock Tower and make her stay at the castle instead. Which Alice promptly answered back with a “NO.” Then two card soldiers interrupted them, delivering message from the Queen for Peter’s presence at once. However, Peter without even blinking an eye, shoots one card, claiming that “because the messengers went missing” he wouldn’t have go to the Queen. Alice horrified by the scene, shielded other soldier with her body, knowing fully well that Peter won’t shoot at her. Not wanting to get angry at her, Peter retreated to see her Queen. After the incident, Alice is disturbed by the lack of humanity people has around the Wonderland. On her way back to the Clock Tower, she met the Bloody Twins and the Cheshire Cat, Boris. She was invited to the amusement park and also learned of the legend of the owner’s name, “Mary Gowland”. After saying goodbyes to the three, she’s back to walking alone. Suddenly she felt a “creepy” feeling and spotted a person bleeding, even dead, on the floor. Before she can get some help, black shadows called After Image consumes the body and turns him into a watch. And just as quickly as they appeared, the shadows disappeared. Alice was, again, very disturbed by what she had seen. When she returns to Clock Tower, Alice demanded what they were to Julius. Other than what they were, Julius did not reveal much information regarding the watches. Then Ace showed up, though Alice did not recognize at first due to his mask and bloody cloak. It is then that Alice figured out what Role Holders are - they’re those who hold special roles in the Wonderland, those with detailed faces (as servants and not very important people were without faces). A little fun chat with Nightmare in her dream (where he choked up blood), Alice discovered that said incubus is very sick and urged him to go to hospital, in which he childishly declined. (“I hate shots!”)
Back to semi-reality, Boris, Bloody Twins, and Alice went to the amusement park just as promised. She met the infamous Mary Gowland whom gave her a horrid violin performance as a greeting. In extreme pain, she accidentally shouts his full name out. This caused Mary Gowland went into a small rampage. However when Blood Dupre and Elliot showed up, the small rampage turned into a big rampage. Alice is dragged into the escaped because of Blood and while they’re taking a breather, Alice told Blood that she had a tea party with the Queen. Hearing this, the Hatter’s boss became very dangerous quiet and politely (and threateningly) demanded that she come to a tea party at his mansion. This was when Alice first saw a peek of Blood’s real personality.
In Blood’s tea party, Alice’s opinion of Elliot changed greatly, viewing him as a rather cute guy. With bunny ears and all. However, her opinion of Blood changes greatly as well … in a negative direction. She didn’t like his moody act during the tea party at all. While Elliot was escorting her back to the Clock Tower, Alice ran into Peter whom got jealous quickly at Elliot’s presence. And it quickly became a rabbit battle over Alice, although with Elliot, it was more the lines of him not being a rabbit. When a card soldier arrives to fetch Peter again, Alice noticed that he was the same card she had saved. Elliot noted that it’s amazing that she can tell them apart, but Alice herself said that it was not that hard. You just had to look closely.
So back with Julius, Alice asked him if she could help out with any of his works, feeling like a freeloader. Julius callously declined her offer, claiming that his job will dirty her hands; she had no idea what it meant, however. Gowland came to visit soon after. He gave her a free pass to his amusement part, just as he had promised. Just as they were having a fun talk, Julius was hit with another job. This time Alice volunteered to go get Ace. So off she went to the Castle of Hearts.
Expectedly, Peter popped in front of her like the stalker he is and greeted her cheerfully. But when he heard that she came here to see Ace, he was rather ticked off. He pinned her to a big bush wall (you know those big maze walls?) and when she thought she was going to get kissed again, Ace butted in. So resulted another fight over Alice. But she didn’t have time for this! Alice stopped the fight before it got out of hand via threatening Peter that she’ll never speak to him again if he didn’t stop. Poor Peter. ;A;
During their way to the Clock Tower, Ace suggested that they follow his shortcut. Alice agreed happily but regretted later, remembering the knight had no idea where he was going at all. While they’re lost in the woods, night rolled on over and they had to spend the night in the tent.
And Alice’s story starts when she’s feeling sleepy in the tent.
[Personality]
Alice is a realistic girl. She doesn’t seem to like the bizarre buildings in the Wonderland or unusual lack of moral. In middle of all the chaos, Alice tries to remind brave and cool-headed. She can be very polite too, if she wants to be.
But the truth is that she might be seeking unrealistic world herself. And she definitely enjoys cute things, or even frilly clothes. She can be quite childish when she wants to be too: be stubborn, be hotheaded, or be impulsive. She is just as curious as the original Alice Liddell, as one can tell by her exploration of the Wonderland. Alice is seems to be quite straightforward with her feelings - expect when it comes to insecurities and love. She seems to have some kind of sister complex, seeing herself inferior to her ladylike older sister.
Other than that she keeps life very precious to her indeed, though often times it’s not hers. She does not like the gun fights her friends often have over her. And her kindness is apparent when tries to save nameless cards from being shot by Peter.
[Specialties/Abilities]
Alice’s ability - while she does not have any supernatural powers or specialty in combat - is that she has somewhat of an influence over her castmates. Especially Peter White.
She can play some piano as well, but it’s not on professional level.
[Affection] Already being loved to death by her caonomates k thanks.
But she is very open to friendly affections.
[Fighting] Er, no fighting for poor Alice. D:
[Other Facts]
- She used to work for a publishing company and loves reading
- She has a bottle where upon meeting and getting to know people, fills up. It’s her ticket out of Wonderland. But it probably won’t be filled in Somarium.
