[Since the end of the first week of the experiment Saber has been carefully avoiding her residence at House 9, along with dodging Shirou and Rin at any moment she possibly could. [During the day, Adell's of course out, and doing his thing. He figured he'd go out and grab some lunch to get out of the house. So he'll probably run into Saber on his way to Seventh Heaven.

He catches her shooting a glare behind her, but doesn't think much of it as he walks along. ...She at least looked back to normal. So... what harm could it be to talk to her? He'll give a wave to her.]

[She sets her eyes back on him.] You have an affinity toward fire, right? At least I assume as much from our previous battle. It is only natural that you wouldn't like it. My home had regularly cold climates, but it did not regularly snow or gain ice because of the terrain.

Sorta. That's just how I've figured out how to channel my Mana power. But I guess that's the element I like the most.

But at any rate, Veldime was just... a warmer climate. Usually didn't see snow until January, instead of November. The summers were hotter too there.

...Not really. Not until about late January, but we're subject to snowfall pretty much all the way until March if last year was any indication.

We had a huge blizzard last year in January. Dunno if that's a common thing, but we've pretty much got another two or three solid months of this. Sorry.

Though I'll admit, I definitely like you a lot more like this. The "Black Knight" look just really isn't your style.

Black Knight? [Was she really like that? ...Now she really doesn't want to think how she was like.] Yes, it does seem rather ill fitting. [A bit of dissatisfaction can be heard noticeably. Yeah King Arthur and the Black Knight just don't click.]

Either way, it's over. Try not to worry much about it anymore. You'll find people around here are very understanding about crap like this. We just can't help it.

If it makes you feel better, I got affected by something similar. Turned me into this weird version of myself who was the Prince under the tyrant Overlord that I fought.

Just try not to let it eat at you too much. If you're really worried about it, just take steps to put things right. If you're worried you wronged someone, just... do the same you've done with me. Everything will work out, I'm sure.

And... well, the Prince. He's not so much a subjugator as he is just a snooty, rich noble who stands way too high on a pedestal. He can be a jerk sometimes, but he's not all bad either. He actually was able to be nice to a few people.

Really, he's just a pain in the ass rather than a genuinely evil threat.
