Education?

Some guy with purple hair showed me to the apartments, where I guess I have a room already. No roommate, but I have to climb five flights of stairs to get in and out, which is kind of annoying. I should probably start trying to get to know the other people on my floor, at least.

Anyways, I also heard that there isn't any school here. Is that true? Because if it is, I don't get how the society can even function. How do people get educated enough to do their jobs right?
