Sooooo after some discussion the thought...idea...suggestion...has been placed out there to give the Whedonverse it's own town/school (would it just be Sunnydale or something else) and perhaps a town for the JJ Abrams folks as well (Heroes, Lost, Revolution, would Nu!Star Trek count?). Am I bad for still thinking that a 'Whoville' would be awesome? Of course aside from a few muses you'd need to get round the question of why most of them would probably have mostly British accents in California.... and of course whether there would be one 'John Smith'/Doctor or eleven.

I had that exact same thought once, but mostly didn't voice it because 1) Short of all the extra background characters, you'd only really have maybe a handful of people from the entire series who'd be playable, and 2) Do you really want to let a teenage Jack and a teenage River loose? ... And imagine Teen Clara.

It is true that if you factor in all the companions, Doctors, supporting characters and a few enemies for good measure, plus include Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures in there too, that's a LOT of options, but as you say chances are that they'd only be a handful people were likely to pick up. And dear god, a teen Jack is likely to cause untold problems with anything which breathes. I can certain see teen Amy, Clara, Sara Jane and the rest turning a few heads, that's for certain.

Good point... although I am nervous for what would happen with the Master and Doctor together.

I imagine the Doctor(s) and the Master would have this sort of friendly rivalry thing going on, I think it would really depend on which Master was the focus. The older ones had this gentleman's honour about them where as John Simm is pretty much bad shit crazy. You could also have the Rani as the third wheel between them. I'd love to see what a teen Romana would be like as well.

Aw, thanks! I assume you're not 'NotOneLine' then , since I know I've had Brian RP with that River along with some other people. I have a couple of Who Muses you might or might not have run into - the First and Fourth Doctors, Madame Vastra, Nyssa, Davros, Vicki and the Cybermen to name a couple.

Part of me would consider trying to make a HS AU Doctor, possibly something or a merging of all Eleven takes on him. But chances are I'd stick to some easier characters, perhaps. Would love a AU River though.
