Hm... If you're trying an intimidating look, I'd say something black to contrast your hair. That would set up a sharp visual image to ensure you're noticed and very present.

Red as well. It's very hard to come off as 'evil' when you're colored like you.

If you're trying to not make the evil obvious, I'd suggest a sky-blue.
