Super lame or totally awesome?
So I was thinking...
I know there's a book coming out that more intricately explains the love between Hiro and Charlie. Of all the relationships on the show, I found that one to be the most sincere and touching (which really isn't saying much), but I don't know if I would necessarily want to read it.
What I would want to read, however, is the 400-year story of Adam Monroe. Think about it. If it were really well done, it could be really freaking amazing, and the possibilities are endless. It could be an entire series! Not only would it be neat to see Adam in historic situations, I think it would be neat to watch him slowly go insane with the idea of wiping the slate clean. I mean, I can't merely accept Hiro kissing the princess as the sole source of his centuries-old grudge.
If any character from Heroes deserves an extensive background story, it's Adam. In some ways, I guess it has the potential to be seriously cheesy, but like I said, if it's well written, it could be just about the best thing since sliced bread (maybe because I'm an English major/history buff).
