Sam was getting addicted to the shock, the touch of her fingertips across his body, the fiery trail of a million ants that would crawl under his skin as blue electricity danced across his flesh.
He would get a rush everytime her hands shaped his chest and her lips pressed against his, stinging, playful, and always making him feel.
He wanted it, needed it. Her. Only she could give it to him. The dangerously deceptive small blond with wild eyes and a sharp smile. He could lose himself in her and she could make him soar with just the touch of her skin on his own.
She was special, powerful, his.
Ruby didn’t like her, the new Ruby he was trying to get used to. The Ruby with warm eyes and dark hair. The Ruby with a kind smile and a supple body. The Ruby that wasn’t blond and sharp and dangerous.
Sam had always had a thing for blonds, it was now turning into a very destructive fixation but he couldn’t stop.
Elle had become his own personal defribillator.
Most of the time he was dead inside, he couldn’t bring Dean back, he couldn’t save himself. Ruby pushed him to tap into the well of powers locked inside but even that was losing its thrill.
Elle, with her blue eyes and wicked grin, was all one big thrill.
He knew Ruby didn’t trust her, didn’t like her, but frankly when it came to this he didn’t give a damn. Ruby was always around, always up his ass whispering about fate and destiny and behind those new sweet eyes he could see that she was waiting for him to be what she wanted.
He didn’t need Ruby, didn’t want her. Most days being aruond her made him sick inside because he knew what Dean would think, what he would say, he knew Dean would have never have wanted Sam to accept Ruby into his life.
But he used her, he needed the power and he would use her to get it.
Dean would have liked Elle. He would have taken one look at her and started piling on pick-up lines and alcohol. Elle would have liked Dean too, she would have seen behind the mask and she would have seen Dean in all his broken, fucked-up glory and she would have wanted to play.
Dean had been broken.
Elle was all broken pieces behind the waves of power that danced along her fingertips.
Sam was shattered, he would never mend and all he had left was the pierces of electricity that shoot through him and kept him alive, kept him from falling into the darkness, kept him wanting something.
