I'm rubbish, I have a fic for last week's prompt *slaps head* Because I came here and the new one wasn't up, so I automatically assumed that it was the new one... and ai, ai, ai, alpha! Oh well, I'll post it anyway ^_^
Title: Snap, Crackle & Drop
Rating: (U) Matt/Peter
Word Count: 100
Written for Challenge #44: Psychic
'I'm getting a word,' he grunted, shaking uncontrollably, gripped to the table. Speckles, crackles before his eyes, a strange kind of human interference. When the policeman looked into Peter he saw white noise spirits - ghosts in the back of his own head, taunting, haunting him from here to eternity. They both tried so hard. But in the same way that who watches the watcher, what brave fool dares to mind-read the psychic? It became harder to focus, something got in the way, and like broken radios they shorted, collapsing to the interrogation room floor. It was all too much.
