A question. [Cloud says it like it's punctuated with "for you strange people."]

If you don't have a Lifestream keeping your Planet alive, what's holding it together?

Gravity?

What the heck is a "Lifestream?"

I don't mean gravity. [Holy. All these people who don't even know where souls come from.]

It's the Stream that lives inside the Planet and makes sure the world doesn't turn into a lifeless shell and break apart and drift off like space rocks.

What, like molten lava?

No, not like lava.

It's energy. Sometimes it's a liquid, sometimes it's more like a gas and sometimes it's a solid but it's where you go when you die.

Never heard of it. Which leads me to suspect it's probably just your world's religion or something.

It's not religion, it's real. Scientific fact.

Uh, science? Documents and tests and math and whatever.

Right.

How does it hold your world together again?

[Sssiiiggh.]

You know how a body decays after it dies?

Yes.

That's what a Planet does if it doesn't have a Lifestream. It decays and falls apart.

Maybe all planets have one, the denizens just aren't aware of them yet?

I guess so.

Is it visible?

Yup.

Neon green. Usually. I think. Or maybe that's just the processed- no, because it was green in the Crater too.
