Stay away from Kadaj and this thing that calls herself Jenova. They are both extremely dangerous; Jenova can manipulate minds, although I don't know how effective that is here.

Angeal's situation is a hell of a lot more complicated. He's not a normal SOLDIER either, but he was involved in some weird 'Project G' thing and I don't know as many details as I should. It was kind of a long time ago.
