Nexus: For Eights cont'd
Clark is sleeping. Not entirely peacefully, stressful Lex encounters will do that, but he is sleeping. The rest of the farm is quiet as well, with only the occasional moo audible in the late night air.
The only creature stirring is the minion in the dark coloured car, parked on one of the back roads of the Kent Farm. So far, he's been able to report that Clark Kent and "Anna" returned directly to the farm from Metropolis and haven't left since. Also, that the girl appears to have climbed up on the roof of the barn. Kent hasn't been seen in hours and is presumed to be asleep inside the house proper.
Lex is baffled.
