So yea..haven't updated in a while. Been crazy busy..okay so this is whats been going on since the last update..
Went to Vermont to visit my friends there. Had an awesome time but did something that I think I will regret the rest of my life. I miss eveyone there so much and wish that I could go back and change things, but I can't go back in time :-( There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of everyone back at UVM. I sometimes wish I were still back at school up there. :-\
School at Nassau has been bearable. Doing very well in every class. As of now holding a 4.0. But I seriously hate it there so much. I just hate seeing everyone from highschool. That was the reason I went away, to meet new people and NOT see anyone from highschool but now I'm back in the place where I thought and promised myself I would never be, good old Nassau Commuinity. It does have its minor upsides though. Grades are good, I'm in the major I want to be in, and I met a nice guy who may soon be my other half :)
I'm getting a car by the end of next week. Soooo excited for that. I'm getting a 99 Silver Malibu. Cannot wait!! I'm so sick of taking public transportation. The bus SUCKS my non-existent balls not to mention there are some really weird people who take the bus...no comment.
Working like a mad woman once again. I don't understand...We hired more people, but my ass still works over 40 hours a week. Can someone explain that to me? Once I get a car, I'm finally looking for another job. A year and a half at Iavarone Brothers is wayyyy too long. I love the people there but it's just becoming too much for me.
These past few weeks, my friends from high school have been coming home for their spring breaks. Patti was home the last week in February, then last week Eric was home (Was nice seeing him but a little bit akward. It's hard to be on the same page with someone you who still have feelings for but not sure if they have those feelings back for you.)this week Jenna is home(even though she is home every weekend :-p) then next week is Barbara. There has been a few bumps in the road over the past 2 weeks between all the friends. I think everyone is just on the edge or stressed out cuz I know I am, but other than that things are at there calm for now.
I'm going to Cancun in May for a week with mom, dad, Wendy, and Bob(sister's bf) where the drinking age is 18!!! ;-) Really excited for that. I also signed up for some summer classes at Nassau. They run from like the end of May til the end of June. I'm taking 10 credits but the part that sucks is that classes start at 6am and I'm there til 2pm, Monday-Thursday while having to work from 3-9. Should be fun!! NOT!! I think I'll probably die by the first week but oh well. I need to get caught up since I fucked up in Vermont. But other than that I'm just trying to kick ass in school so I can get out of here again.
Been hanging out with Jenna like every weekend and it's been fun. Went to the bar a few times and hung out with some cool peeps. probably been drunk every weekend. lol Recently became a huge fan of The Sopranos, saw the season premiere last night. lol
The weather here has been awesome. Spring is coming!! Drove by my high school the other day and saw the '06 varsity softball team practicing. I miss it :( My brother is coming home soon!!!!!! I miss him too. He's been out to sea but when he comes home, it'll be the last time I see him for a while. Probably for about a year and a half. He's going to Iraq :(
So today I had one class, Psychology, mad easy since this is only my 3rd time taking it in my life. haha then came home and passed out til about 2. In a few hours I'm going with Jenna to Staten Island to Fort Hamilton (military base) to say bye to her boyfriend Eric cuz he is leaving for the AirForce. It's gunna be an emotional evening, but anything I can do to be there for my best friend is fine with me. Well thats it for now..I'll update again soon!
