alright, so say you purchase an item on ebay oh a whim...oh say about...2 months ago. and it was supposed to be sent to your parents house 'cause that's where your credit card billing is, etc. but it never came. and it was like, $150 and it's too late to do some claim thing.
say specifically it's an overpriced accessory you really wish you had because you paid the money for it that you could really use if you hadn't spent it on a purse that you never actually received. but now you don't have either. and now that it's too late for you to be annoyed, you are.
