Shepard Fairey Tribute to Obama

They just showed on the local LA news that at the big Hollywood & Highland shopping center, Shepard Fairey, the artist who came up with the now iconic image in the t-shirt in my icon, did a tribute to President Obama.
Basically it was a light show on the huge stone arch, showing a quote from one of Obama's speeches and then the White House and then the Obama image. I wish I could tell you what the quote was or if I got all those - still very vague! - details right, but it was really cool, and it was done just as the sun went down and all the lights were going on. Beautiful. ♥
