Summary: Yue/Azula - And the princess is alone no longer once she became the Moon’s lover. *mild spoilers for Sozin's Comet*
An Ember Island inspired drabble. I liked Yue, I loved Azula - so I thought it would be a challenge to put them together. BAM! Femslash and magic and now I think I ship it. Hardcore. I believe it's one of the sweetest and most tender things I've written.

What the Books Never Bothered to Say
Summary: Buffy/Angel - When you kiss me, I want to die.
Poetry and romantic angst between a chosen teenager and a cursed vampire. (and at the time, I think I was also channeling some drama with my own unrequited crush. Or at least, the memory of it.) Yup, backstory with the fanfic. It oozes with UST and confusion.

Summary: C6/Lucas - Cybersix does not know what is like to be a mother. Yet, she looks for a family that might have existed.
I'm proud of my vocabulary for this one. Capturing Cybersix's thoughts on her status (creature? human?) wrote itself fluidly. Some of my favourite lines in any fanfics that I churned out come from here:
"The image of broken glass falling upon her hands like a transparent rain shower comes to mind... Lucas is the embodiment of what life should be. He laughs, he stumbles, makes mistakes and he forgives."
"Cybersix wants to know if there is more to life than just a birth and a death. She wants to know friendship and trust and love - she wants to know everything. And Lucas is not the answer to her question, but he might know where all the solutions lie."

A Breakdown in Communication
Summary: Walter, Integra - “I love my lady far too much.” A request, an abandoned tea party and an expected phone call. Warning for violence. Hints of AxI.
It was really hard for me to write this one, but I'm glad I did. To write Walter's jealousy was hard, but it was torture to make him violent. And to show the father/daughter relationship between Walter and Integra, I had to make her young which made the violence all the more creepy and borderline sexual. Guess it was a way to figure out the motives behind Dark!Walter. And I managed to squeeze in Alucard's possessive presence over Integra with a fucking cellphone. Hell yeah.

Summary: "Someday, he would like to see her in that white research coat. White is a good colour on her." Warnings for innuendo and visual metaphors.
The summary isn't the best it could be, but out of all my SH fanfics, this one is my pièce de résistance when it comes to Dark Ace/Piper. It's set in the future but reads like the present. It's within the Storm Hawks 'verse but the location is so specific it's almost not. This entire story is a big -WHAT IF- scenario and I absolutely went batshit crazy with the metaphors and ended up loving them too much. Mmm, shiny red ribbons, swirling snow, and Chai.
"The trees shake off the snow, the seasons change, and the brook beside Dark Ace’s house is overflowing with cold, icy water. She is back in his house, she is getting her answers, and he is fast-falling-in-love with her."
And the final paragraphs? I fucking cheered because I knew that I had made this crackpairing beyond a crackpairing for me. They became my otp and I still write for them like mad.
