I love them! You're only using one color, so everything in the first sketch is defined by light and shadow, and then you play with the image without exactly referring back to its model… very cool. Gödel would love it. :)

That second one's kinda interesting isn't it..? It's like a pictorial narrative with the image finally bursting into particles in the last frame. It's kinetic and alive isn't it...
