I use some techniques from Rhonda Britten
1. Stop complaining (see the good instead flip it around and find something positive about it)Besides I have to keep reminding myself that Complaining only advertises your fears like a giant billboard. So that stops alot of negative behavior right there : P
2. Start a acknolwedgement journal.write 5 praises you did a day.
Praise yourself for every little tiny thing.
(did you take a shower this morning? did you follow the speed limit? did you get to work ontime?praises yourself for eating lunch instead of blowing it off)
Today I acknowledge myself for: Taking a shower and taking care of my body.
3. start a gratitiudes journal.
make 5 gratitudes a day. be specific.
if your happy for the blue sky describe why...
"Today I am grateful for the small daisies that bloom up through the tiny crack in the side walk opening thier aces to the sun"
"Today I am grateful for my computer and the companion ship it gives me by being able to reach out to others for support when I need it"
Key word here is using the Today and in the Now language. The universe listens to that.
Turn on a hot and spicy song^^ dance in your living room.
also this is a must see sight. really helps change my life

I shall look up Rhonda Britten; in fact I have just written her name down to remind me to research her.
1. that makes sense; i have also stopped seeing people who encourage negativity
2. An acknolwedgement journal; you've read 'the secret' haven't you?
Ah, I see, every little thing, like the drawing i did, watering the garden, typing some letters. mmmmm, cool. Hope you aknowledge yourself for commenting on my journal, thank you :)
3. a gratitiudes journal, okay.
I am trying to be more open-minded and less narrow.
thanks.
