I'm flipping out marginally, so I'm exhausting my last and final resources on this one (including digging through LJ and spamming your f-pages ;)). If I'm out of line for this, feel free to delete this entry and commence the beating-me-for-not-following-guidelines
I am in desperate search for a Sirius/Hermione beta.
I've waited about... a month to hear back from some of my other beta-requestings, and haven't heard anything, and I'm starting to freak. And I -did- check out some of the LJ-beta request sites and was NOT optimistic about the lack of responses there... so I'm trying my hand here? *COUGH*
I have a somewhat lengthy (7,000 words), angsty Hermione/Sirius one-shot that's due before Christmas... that I'd love to just have somebody read over and give me WHATEVER feedback possible, whether it be nitpicky, or just, "You need to work some more on this scene." If any of you looovely individuals here have the time, or KNOW of somebody in our ship that might have time/availability, I offer hero-worship and virtual cookies.
Or even some sort of resource that could help me find a beta.
